Then you’ll cover all of the information with your instructor during two days of classroom training, where you can actually see and touch the gear you’ll be diving as well as ask any questions you may have about the course or its contents. The next step is to get wet.
Your practical training begins each day with confined water pool sessions, so you can hone in on your skills in a clear and comfortable environment.
Afterwards, we move on to the springs. Two dives, applying the skills you learned and practiced in the pool sessions, solidifies what you’ve learned and builds your underwater confidence. After a single weekend in the water, you will be Open Water Certified and ready to follow your diving adventure to wherever the ocean breeze takes you.
